Contribute
to Ed Rosenthal's current defense fund and help fight
the appeal of his latest conviction all the way to the
U.S. Supreme Court. Thanks to the generous donations of
supporters like you, Ed's legal
team has won key victories, but they have more work
to do to send a message to the government.
Remember, when you make a donation to Ed's defense fund,
you are investing in a safe future for yourself and those
you love, because one day, you might be in Ed's shoes,
facing the same injustice he is facing.

| This
is NOT just about Ed, in fact, if Ed loses in court on these
charges, thousands of qualified patients will suffer from
not being able to gain safe access to their medicine through
the dispensaries. The DEA will use the same tactics they
are using in Ed's case to go after the current and future
collectives, dispensaries and clubs in California and then
to the other states where justice and freedom have found
a voice in allowing medical cannabis under state law. Act
now to prevent further abuse by the Federal government!

EUGENE
DAVIDOVICH FUND
Medical
cannabis patient Eugene Davidovich, a retired veteran of the
United States Navy, currently faces four felony charges after
being entrapped by a San Diego undercover police officer. Davidovich,
a twenty-year resident of San Diego with a BA and MA in business
administration who had a career as a web application project
manager and software developer, suffers symptoms of severe anxiety
and insomnia related to his military service.
Davidovich
was one of those targeted by San Diego District Attorney Bonnie
Dumanis's "Operation Green Rx" to rid San Diego of
all of its medical marijuana dispensaries- in direct violation
to 1996's Proposition 215. His
home was raided after he was approached by an undercover police
officer with a valid driver's license and medical marijuana
recommendation, who Davidovich accepted into his collective.
UPDATE: Thanks to everyone who donated time and money to help Eugene! In March 2010 he was found not guilty on all counts! Eugene continutes to be a prominent activist in San Diego and will continue fighting for patients rights.

DeMOURA
FAMILY FUND
To stand
up for patient's right's, the constitution and the voters' right
to safe access, Addison DeMoura founded the Oakdale Natural
Choice Collective Inc in May 2007. Central Valley medical cannabis
patients had to travel long distances or rely on the black market
when the last Modesto dispensary was raided in August 2005.
The collective was a safe, affordable and patient-friendly environment.
ONCC was thanked daily by ill people who now had local safe
access to their medication.
On July
31, 2007 the DeMoura's home and the collective was raided n
the early hours of the morning by local police, Sheriffs, SWAT
and a local DEA task force. The DeMoura's 2-year-old son, Tiger,
was snatched from his bed iby armed SWAT team officers, carried
down the stairs kicking and screaming with guns pointed at him.
He was then sat next to his handcuffed mother who was unable
to comfort him except for drawing her own body around him while
they despoiled their home.Tiger is still traumatized and has
not been home to stay with his parents. Addison and 4 volunteers
of the collective were arrested, but returned home the same
night, out on bail. The first court date was on August 22, 2007,
following a medical cannabis rally the collective organized.
The very next day, Addison and his wife Jessica were both arrested
at their home for a medical garden at a separate location which
was used to provide patients with safe medicine. After staying
the night in jail, they were both released on bail.
The couple
is now trying to piece their life back together while staying
active in the movement. Shortly after the raid, Addison accepted
a position as the Executive Director of the Medical Cannabis
Association in Oakland, CA. Along with working for the MCA he
has taken on a second full-time job working in a warehouse to
help provide for his family as well as pay for legal fee's.
Jessica was a medical biller and worked from home until the
raid when her computer was confiscated. She now works part-time
in the medical field and stays at a relative's house with their
son, trying to rebuild a bond that was destroyed by the actions
of the county law enforcement. With their home in foreclosure,
they will need to move soon and are struggling financially.
Your donations will help enforce the STATE police to follow
STATE law. If you can help this family fight for their rights,
please donate today.
UPDATE: The marijuana charges have been dropped against DeMoura, but now tax-evasion charges are eing brought against him, as his collective was federally illegal. He still needs your support. Please be there in court on August 30, 2010 at 9:00am.

NAULLS FAMILY FUND

Federal
War on Medical Marijuana Becomes a War on Children: Three Little
Girls, ages 1, 3, and 5, seized in DEA raid
A church-going
family man who used medical marijuana to ease chronic pain from
injuries sustained in a 2001 car accident, Ronald Naulls already
had two successful careers - one as an IT consultant and another
in real estate - when (in early 2006) he established the Healing
Nations Collective in Corona (Riverside County) to save fellow
patients the hours-long drive to Los Angeles for medicine. Healing Nations was a model collective in every way. It served
its patient-members well and followed state and local law. It
maintained strict dress codes and professional standards for
all employees. It paid state taxes - amounting to several hundred
thousand dollars a year - even when loose tax regulations allowed
other dispensaries to slip through the cracks. Proceeds from
the dispensary went to local and national cancer organizations.
Nevertheless, at 5:50 a.m., July 17, 2007, after a year of successful
zoning litigation with the city, Naulls's home and the collective
were invaded by DEA agents armed with shotguns, automatic rifles
- even helicopters. They seized everything: His property. All
of his personal accounts. And all of the collective's assets.
Naulls was arrested and is now facing federal prosecution for
distribution of medical cannabis. But that wasn't the worst of it. County child protective services
came along on the raid and took Naulls's three little girls,
ages 1, 3, and 5, and charged him and his wife with child endangerment.
They weren't even accused of breaking any state laws. When Naulls spoke to his children in their confidential foster
home, the big sister said, "Daddy, we're ready to come
home now, we promise to be good." Of course, they were too young to understand that they were
victims of the strong-arm tactics of drug warriors whose goal
was to make Naulls regret helping fellow patients receive their
medicine in a safe, compassionate environment. Who cares if
that means ruining a family financially, imprisoning the parents,
and traumatizing the children?
If you care,
you can help Green-Aid help the Naulls to fight this alarming
case. It's time to stop the war on children and parents.
